This tool generates a fast and detailed comparison between two DNA files.
It supports all files up to 50 MB that are in the format used by 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FTDNA Family Finder or VCF.
After uploading your two files, you have the option to change our default settings.
Data for the X chromosome comparison is displayed, but is not included in the total number of centimorgans. If you would like to take a closer look at specific SNP segments, simply click on the region you are interested in. For further information, please download our tutorial page.
To start a new comparison, click on ‘Home’. To return to our YSEQ shop, click on the logo.
